 Shipping Policy
We ship perishable desserts across the continental US using secure packaging and cold packs.
 

Schedule & Methods
* Shipping Days: We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.
* Order Deadline: All orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (Noon) to ship the following week.
* Options: We offer Priority Mail (2-4 days) and Express Mail (1-2 days, expedited cost).

Disclaimer
We will do everything we can to keep your items cold and intact. However, accidents will happen outside of our control.
* Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or thawing due to the carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather.
 * Refunds/replacements are not issued for items melted or damaged in transit.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All refund and quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations & Refunds
* 96 Hours or More: Eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees.
* Less than 96 Hours: Subject to a partial refund, minus processing fees and the cost of committed supplies.

Quality & Disputes
* If dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery. We reserve the right to require the return of the product for review.
* No refunds will be issued for issues related to ingredients or allergen warnings clearly stated on our website.
